010PAY — The Easy Way to Recharge

• Cancellation Policy: Once the carrier has completed the recharge after payment, the transaction cannot be canceled.

• Recharge Failure: If a recharge fails due to carrier restrictions, an incompatible plan, a postpaid phone, an expired stay period, or other reasons, please provide an alternative phone number. We will update the number and process the recharge.

• Refund Requests: Select “Refund” from the quick menu on the right and submit your request by entering your recharge phone number, payment amount, refund bank, bank account number, and account holder's name.

• Refund Hours: Weekdays, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM (business days only). (Refunds are available only for failed recharges.)

• Virtual Account Information: The virtual bank account issued when you request a recharge is a one-time-use account assigned exclusively to you.
